Q: How do you ship your rugs and what are your shipping charges?
A: Our rugs are shipped via either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or a trucking line. Shipping within the Continental US is FREE.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my rug?
A: Your order will be placed with the manufacturer within 3 - 4 business days.Typically shipments then take approximately 7 to 10 business days to be delivered; However, the shipping on many of our traditional and children's rugs will vary from 10 days to 8 weeks, due to the quality craftsmanship of these products. Custom rugs require 8 to 12 weeks for manufacturing and delivery (you will be notified of a more precise timeframe when you place your order) Please contact us by email or phone if you would like to check availibility before placing your order.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: We only ship to Canada. Please call for additional shipping charges to Canada.
Q: Do you recommend using a rug pad for all of your rugs?
A: A rug pad is recommended for our area rugs only. Our baby nursery rugs, kids rugs and educational rugs do not need rugs pads, nor are they recommended by the manufacturers.
Q: Can I return my rug if I don't like it?
A: Yes, you may return your rug(s) within 15 days of receipt for any reason at all. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all baby nursery rugs, kids rugs, and educational rugs.
Q: What procedure to I need to follow when returning a rug?
A: You will need to call or email us, and be given a return authorization number before you may return a rug(s).
Q: Who pays for shipping the rug back and is insurance against loss required?
A: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Insurance is recommended, although not required. UPS insures all packages up to $100 free of charge.
Q: Will you meet or beat a competitor's price?
A: Yes! We will beat any price lower than ours by 10%. Simply provide the competitor's name and website address (or fax catalog page) to our customer service representative.
