Installing TeebaudŽ Rug Pad on a Smooth Flooring Surface
Flooring surface should be clean and dry. Cut rug pad with scissors or utility knife about 1"-3" smaller than the rug to be installed. Remove the plastic release liner. Place the rug pad's gray side down, facing the smooth flooring surface. Then place the rug on top of the rug pad's white side.
Installing TeebaudŽ Rug Pad on Wall-to-Wall Carpeting
Carpeting should be vacuumed, clean and dry. Cut rug pad with scissors or utility knife about 1"-3" smaller than the rug to be installed. Remove the plastic release liner. Place the rug pad's white side down, facing the wall-to-wall carpeting. Then place the rug on top of the rug pad's gray side.
